The Storm AudioNav combines a physical keypad to navigate menus and directories with a 3.5mm audio jack for visitors to connect headphones or earbuds for audio narration.
Designed for use by people with impaired vision or fine motor skills, the AudioNav includes a highly tactile, illuminated interface with embossed edges that are easy to navigate by touch.
Integrated volume controls allow visitors to update the volume output to best match their needs. Optional support for headset microphone input is available on request.
The AudioNav is primarily developed and tested for use with Windows devices, but can be adapted for use with iOS and iPadOS with a specific firmware update and additional cabling.
Different models can be built into an enclosure or externally mounted. In both cases, the AudioNav connects via USB-A and returns keypad input as an HID keyboard.
